The Front Office Coordinator plays a key role in managing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth and efficient service to visitors, clients, and staff. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to handling administrative tasks and customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service
- Manage and coordinate front desk activities including scheduling and office supplies inventory
- Handle incoming correspondence and direct it to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Support administrative staff with clerical tasks such as data entry and filing
- Coordinate meeting rooms and appointments for staff and clients
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests
