Qualifications:
- Current certification as an Operating Room Technician (ORT)
- Valid and unrestricted nursing license
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an OR or acute care setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and nursing staff during operative procedures
- Maintain a sterile and organized operating environment
- Prepare and position patients for surgery
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely availability of surgical instruments and supplies
