Responsibilities:

• Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations to secure successful placements.
• Collaborate with teams on workforce planning and forecasting to anticipate future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to recruitment activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a senior-level role.
