Our company, a major distribution center, is launching a brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art facility in Aurora, CO, equipped with the latest advancements in automation and material‑handling technology. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team from the ground up as we build and scale operations in a highly automated environment.
Pay: $35.50/hour
Location: Aurora, CO
Shifts: Day and Night shifts available
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support our Operations Maintenance team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our equipment runs efficiently and safely while also helping shape the next generation of maintenance talent.
What You’ll Do:
- Repair and maintain material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, and automated conveyor systems throughout the facility
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and controls-based repairs as needed to support continuous operations
- Assist in facility start-up, equipment commissioning, and implementation of new automation technologies
- Mentor and support junior maintenance technicians to help develop their skills
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety policies, procedures, and best practices
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience
- 2+ years of hands-on repair experience with material handling equipment, automated conveyor systems, or similar mechanical/controls-based systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and variable work areas as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
