We're building our Account Management team and hiring at multiple levels. From ambitious part-timers to seasoned pros ready to take the reins. What matters most is your mindset, energy, and drive to make clients feel like Franklin Retail must have taken lessons from Apple, Disney or the Savannah Bananas. Think in terms of outrageous service whatever it takes to deliver an amazing client experience.
What You'll Do
- Build and support relationships with leading sports, outdoor brands, and retailers
- Learn and use AI / SaaS tools (we'll train you, but you need to love technology)
- Be a problem solver, communicate clearly, and anticipate client needs
- Bring a "get better every day" mindset whether you're just starting out or leading major accounts
Compensation
- Hourly: $20$25/hr + bonuses & brand discounts
- Associate Client Success: $50K+ base + bonuses
- Senior Client Success: $70K$150K base + performance-based bonuses
