SeeTrue is transforming security screening with state-of-the-art deep learning. Our algorithms automatically detect threats in X-ray and CT scans, making inspections faster, more accurate, and more reliable.

We are seeking a Delivery & Support Group Manager to lead, scale, and shape SeeTrue’s customer-facing operations. This role combines ownership of project delivery and technical support, managing global teams and processes that ensure seamless deployments, ongoing system reliability, and best-in-class customer experience.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor global teams (Field Engineers, Support Engineers, Project Managers).
  • Oversee delivery of projects, demos, and PoCs—on time, on budget, at high quality.
  • Act as escalation point and provide hands-on support when needed (installations, troubleshooting, on-site work).
  • Define and scale delivery & support processes, tools, and playbooks.
  • Partner with R&D/Product to resolve recurring issues and influence product roadmap.
  • Support pre- and post-sales activities, aligning business and technical goals.



Requirements

  • 7+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Support, Delivery, TAM, Field Engineering).
  • 3+ years leading global technical teams.
  • Strong technical background (Linux, APIs, SQL, networking fundamentals).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English, willingness to travel (~30%).
  • Experience with security screening tech (X-ray/CT) – advantage
