We are seeking a Delivery & Support Group Manager to lead, scale, and shape SeeTrue’s customer-facing operations. This role combines ownership of project delivery and technical support, managing global teams and processes that ensure seamless deployments, ongoing system reliability, and best-in-class customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor global teams (Field Engineers, Support Engineers, Project Managers).
- Oversee delivery of projects, demos, and PoCs—on time, on budget, at high quality.
- Act as escalation point and provide hands-on support when needed (installations, troubleshooting, on-site work).
- Define and scale delivery & support processes, tools, and playbooks.
- Partner with R&D/Product to resolve recurring issues and influence product roadmap.
- Support pre- and post-sales activities, aligning business and technical goals.
Requirements
- 7+ years in technical customer-facing roles (Support, Delivery, TAM, Field Engineering).
- 3+ years leading global technical teams.
- Strong technical background (Linux, APIs, SQL, networking fundamentals).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English, willingness to travel (~30%).
- Experience with security screening tech (X-ray/CT) – advantage
