Shift: Evening/Night Shift (Variable)
Schedule: 40 hours/week (8-hour shifts)
Position Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) team for evening and night shifts. The CNA will provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity for all residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily routines
- Monitor and document resident vital signs, behavior, and overall condition
- Serve as a safety companion for residents when required
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain infection control standards and safe care environments
- Accurately document care in resident charts and electronic health records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident safety and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in Wisconsin
- Experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
