Established (50+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Lateral Leasing Attorney for Commercial Real Estate in Washington, DCAn established firm based in Washington, DC with over 50 years in practice is seeking a Lateral Leasing Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with commercial real estate leasing, including retail, office, and mixed-use developments, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in negotiation and advisory matters. Offer:
- Salary range: $150,000-$200,000, contingent on experience

- The candidate must have at least five years of experience focused on negotiating and drafting commercial leasing agreements. - The candidate should have a background in retail and/or office leasing, representing landlords, tenants, or both. - The candidate must demonstrate strong client service orientation and the ability to manage matters independently. - The candidate should be admitted to practice in the District of Columbia or eligible for admission. Responsibilities:
- The attorney will negotiate and draft commercial leasing agreements for retail, office, and mixed-use developments. - The attorney will manage client matters independently while maintaining a high level of client service. - The attorney will collaborate with the team to support the growth of the firm's leasing practice and participate in business development initiatives.
