Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Biodiesel Operator to support a production facility in Newton, Iowa on a 6‐month contract‐to‐hire basis. This role follows a DuPont-style rotating schedule with 12‐hour shifts from 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, working two days on, two days off, and every other three‐day weekend. The schedule rotates monthly, with one month on day shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) and the following month on night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM), while maintaining the same 2‐2‐3 DuPont rotation. The Biodiesel Operator will monitor biodiesel processing systems, conduct routine field inspections approximately every two hours, identify and respond to equipment or process issues, and gradually operate more independently as training progresses. This opportunity is well suited for candidates coming from an industrial or manufacturing environment who are comfortable in a process‐driven setting and eager to learn.The pay range for this role is $18–$24 per hour, depending on level of experience. Steel‐toed boots are required, and while limited FR clothing is provided onsite, additional FR gear will be the responsibility of the contractor.
