Salary Range: $107,000 - $155,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize the entire value stream from raw materials to finished goods delivery.
- Identify and eliminate waste (muda) across all processes within the value stream.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement (Kaizen) and lean manufacturing principles.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets and operational excellence.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure value stream efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., supply chain, production, quality) to ensure seamless flow and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain visual management systems to enhance transparency and communication.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and eliminating waste within a manufacturing value stream.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive process improvements.
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional team management capabilities.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and bottleneck identification.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain dynamics, and production planning.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- - Experience with advanced statistical process control (SPC) software
- - Proven track record in implementing Industry 4.0 technologies
- - Familiarity with supply chain risk management principles
- - Experience in change management and organizational development
