Job Title: Training Program Manager
Location: Irwindale, CA
Duration: 6 Months
Pay range: $75/Hr to $83/Hr on W2
Job Description:
Education Requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload:
- Manage learning projects and portfolios by providing strategic direction to the Enterprise Learning & Development group (ELD) to ensure that the client workforces possess the knowledge and skills required to work safely, in accordance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
- You will help to close performance gaps as well as implement solutions that shape performance across the organization.
Required Skills/Attributes:
- Experience overseeing the implementation of training initiatives across diverse operating units (OUs), assessing effectiveness, identifying gaps, and reporting on outcomes.
- Experience providing oversight of training curriculum maintenance and new development, ensuring programs remain current and aligned with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Experience making data-driven recommendations and executing complex initiatives that address regulatory and operational challenges.
- Experience collaborating with business leaders, SMEs, and Instructional Designers to prepare and deliver clear and concise training recommendations.
- Experience defining training project requirements, developing implementation roadmaps, and managing execution while navigating obstacles
- Minimum Years of Experience: 7
Desired Skills/Attributes:
- Experience assessing the impacts of regulatory requirements and safety initiatives on electric grid infrastructure and operational processes for customer service or craft and experience reporting findings to key regulatory stakeholders.
- Experience interpreting and aligning technical business operations with regulatory requirements across multiple organizational units, including craft work, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
- Experience implementing automation solutions that ensure compliance with policy or governing agencies while embedding safeguards in process design.
