As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA), you will be the driving force behind operations, compliance, and culture, ensuring residents receive exceptional care while supporting and empowering your team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
- Ensure delivery of high-quality long-term, assisted living, and memory care services
- Oversee compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations
- Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary teams including nursing, social services, and support staff
- Drive quality assurance, performance improvement, and systems stabilization
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
- Promote strong resident engagement, family communication, and community relationships
- Foster a culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and compassion
What We’re Looking For
- Active state license as a Nursing Home Administrator (required)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, surveys, and best practices
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams
- Experience in memory care, dementia care, or Alzheimer’s care strongly preferred
- Financial and operational management experience in Long Term Care
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skill
