As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LHNA), you will be the driving force behind operations, compliance, and culture, ensuring residents receive exceptional care while supporting and empowering your team.


This is an exciting opportunity to step into a highly supported environment with an experienced clinical leadership team and the ability to truly make an impact on residents, families, and staff in this South Chicago nursing home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the overall daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality long-term, assisted living, and memory care services
  • Oversee compliance with state, federal, and CMS regulations
  • Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary teams including nursing, social services, and support staff
  • Drive quality assurance, performance improvement, and systems stabilization
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
  • Promote strong resident engagement, family communication, and community relationships
  • Foster a culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and compassion


What We’re Looking For

  • Active state license as a Nursing Home Administrator (required)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, surveys, and best practices
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams
  • Experience in memory care, dementia care, or Alzheimer’s care strongly preferred
  • Financial and operational management experience in Long Term Care
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skill
