A dynamic non-profit multi-specialty group comprising 95 physicians is looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified General Surgeon or Surgical Oncologist with a keen interest in Hepatobiliary Pancreatic (HBP) and Foregut surgery to become part of their team along the beautiful coast of California in Monterey.
This practice is eager to welcome a surgeon who possesses a solid background and enthusiasm for Foregut and HPB surgical oncology. You will be joining a collaborative team of four other surgeons operating within a 250-bed community hospital in Monterey, which also maintains strong partnerships with local oncology practices.
The Role:
- Compensation: Base salary between $513,000 and $562,000, plus wRVU production incentives.
- Requirements: Candidates must demonstrate a strong interest in HBP and foregut oncology cases.
- Call Schedule: 5 to 6 days of call each month.
- Robotics: Robotic surgery options are available.
- Onboarding Package: A substantial signing package is offered for housing assistance, relocation, or loan repayment for eligible candidates.
