Compensation:
• Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually (based on experience, education, and other qualifications)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Director of People Culture to serve as a strategic business partner, working closely with leadership and employees to build a thriving and inclusive culture that aligns with company goals. This role goes beyond traditional HR functions, serving as a mentor and advisor while driving strategic initiatives in talent, engagement, and organizational development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and people managers, delivering innovative HR strategies
• Align HR strategy with business objectives through comprehensive planning and consultation
• Lead employee relations efforts and foster a positive, inclusive work culture
• Drive talent management by identifying and addressing current and future workforce needs
• Support performance management initiatives including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
• Collaborate on training and development programs to upskill employees
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws through updated HR policies and procedures
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding for smooth transitions
• Support organizational change and growth with effective change management strategies
• Lead improvements in recruitment processes and interview facilitation
• Provide senior management with data-driven HR reports and presentations
• Perform additional duties as requested by leadership

Supervisory Responsibilities:
• This position does not include direct supervisory duties but serves as a mentor and advisor to other HR team members

Qualifications:
• 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources, organizational development, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience resolving complex employee relations matters
• Proven success in strategic planning and change management initiatives
• Solid understanding of multiple HR disciplines (recruitment, compliance, L&D, employee relations)
• Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and business acumen
• Fluency in Mandarin preferred but not required
• Ability and willingness to travel 20–30% for company-related events, meetings, or projects

Education and Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred

Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
