Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Insurance Account Manager specializing in both Commercial and Personal lines. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support, handling inquiries, and assisting with policy management. Your skills and strong communication abilities will help us deliver personalized service to a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear and professional communication.

• Assist clients with policy questions, claims processing, billing issues, and coverage options for both commercial and personal insurance policies.

• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on client needs, policy renewals, or new opportunities.

• Maintain accurate client records through diligent data entry using Microsoft Office tools and specialized insurance software.

• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism while adhering to best practices.

• Support sales efforts by working with Producers to quote new business accounts.

Experience

• Proven experience in customer support or client services within a call center or insurance environment.

• Excellent communication skills with phone etiquette expertise and active listening abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, data entry accuracy, and general computer skills.

• Experience with outbound calling campaigns or customer outreach initiatives is preferred.

• At least 2 years of direct, relatable experience in insurance customer service.
