School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Carrollton, TX Area | Full-Time | Short-Term Coverage (Maternity Leave)

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide maternity leave coverage in a supportive school district in the Carrollton, Texas area. This is a full-time, short-term assignment working with an elementary-aged caseload across multiple campuses.

Position Details

• Location: Carrollton, TX area

• Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

• Assignment Length: ASAP April 24

• Setting: On-site, school-based

• School Assignment:

• Two primary elementary campuses

• Two half days per week at an additional campus

Caseload / Job Responsibilities

• K5th grade student caseload

• Approximately 48 total students

• Provide speech and language services across elementary settings

• Conduct therapy sessions, assessments, and progress monitoring

• Update documentation and maintain compliance with IEP requirements

• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Texas SLP License

• School-based experience preferred

• Strong organization and time-management skills
