Job Description
Responsibilities
- Learn and understand KE’s mission, brand voice, company goals, and core values.
- Assist with content creation for social media, web, video, and print.
- Support campaign execution and track performance across marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Help plan and coordinate events, both internal and external.
- Assist in developing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Provide general support to the marketing team, including administrative tasks.
- Contribute creative ideas and feedback in team meetings.
- Follow KE’s safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications

- Strong interest in marketing and brand storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing trends.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Current enrollment in a Marketing, Communications, Business, or related bachelor’s/master’s program.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00/Hour DOE
