Schedule:
36 Hours – Nights Full-Time, Friday–Sunday, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM

As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality imaging services to support critical diagnoses and treatment plans. Working night shifts in a specialized hospital dedicated to cardiovascular health means you’ll be a vital part of a team focused on saving lives and improving outcomes for patients with complex heart conditions.
Staffing and Support:
You will work alongside an expert team of Radiologists, Cardiologists, Nurses, and Imaging Technologists. Our radiology department is equipped with the latest technology and provides a supportive, professional environment focused on collaboration, growth, and excellence in patient care.
Responsibilities Include:

Perform radiologic procedures on ambulatory and hospital patients as requested by licensed healthcare providers for diagnostic purposes.

Prepare patients and procedural areas, including proper patient positioning, adjustment of immobilization devices, and accurate setup of radiologic equipment.

Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with established safety and quality standards.

Ensure patient safety by following radiation protection protocols and infection control procedures.

Review images for quality assurance purposes before submitting them to the Radiologist for interpretation.

Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with hospital, regulatory, and legal requirements.

Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members to provide timely and efficient patient care.

Perform equipment checks, maintain cleanliness, and report malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Experience: Less than 1 year of clinical experience required.

Certification/Licensure:
-
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire or within 30 days of hire/transfer.

Preferred:
-
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.

ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification preferred but may vary based on department needs.

Experience working in a hospital environment, especially in cardiovascular or emergency settings.
