Physical Therapist – San Diego, CA
Our client is looking to hire multiple Physical Therapists to join their growing outpatient clinic network across the San Diego area. With several clinic locations, this is a great opportunity to join a stable, well-established organization with strong leadership and long-term growth.
Hiring ASAP – open to new grads (PTLA option available while awaiting licensure)
Practice Environment
- Outpatient setting focused primarily on orthopedics
- Additional specialties include neuro and pelvic health (ortho focus for current openings)
- Mid-sized, team-oriented clinic environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + Productivity bonus

- Hourly pay structure for first 90 days

Schedule & PTO
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday 9 hours shifts + half-day Friday (out at noon)
- PTO: 2 weeks vacation + 1 week sick time + holidays
Ideal Candidate
- Licensed PT or DPT (or eligible/awaiting licensure in CA)
- Interested in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting
- Strong team player with a patient-focused mindset
