Sr Associate, VP, or Sr VP Title depending on experience

This role will report directly to the Head of Human Capital and will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across all departments, supporting the firm’s continued growth.

  • Oversee relationships with external recruiting agencies and search partners
  • Track agency performance and ensure alignment with hiring expectations, timelines, and internal standards.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and interview coordination process, and support onboarding initiatives for new hires. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across all departments and levels of the organization.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across financial services talent pools.
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruiting reporting within the ATS while coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain long-term talent pipelines for strategic and frequently hired roles.
  • Monitor market trends and talent movement across financial services to provide competitive recruiting insights.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes, including background checks, documentation, and equipment provisioning.
  • Partner with the Head of Human Capital to deliver a seamless and high-touch onboarding experience.
  • Assist with the development of onboarding materials and continuous process improvements.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly recruiting metrics and reporting for senior management.
  • Support the ongoing development of recruiting workflows, processes, and documentation as the firm continues to scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in-house within financial services, private equity, private credit, investment management, fintech, or a high-growth corporate environment.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search methodologies, Indeed, and other talent platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Strong technology proficiency, including ATS platforms, HR systems, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to accuracy and execution.
