Position Overview

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to join our Sarasota team. This role is full-time (Mon–Fri, 8–5).

You’ll work directly with patients and providers, helping men feel their best while developing your clinical skills in a supportive, upbeat environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform phlebotomy (blood draws) and administer injections (Testosterone, B12, vitamins, etc.)
• Record patient vitals and maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Assist providers with men’s health and wellness procedures (training provided)
• Perform shockwave treatments
• Manage lab operations and compliance requirements
• Greet patients, schedule appointments, and answer phones with a professional, positive attitude

What We’re Looking For

• Phlebotomy experience required
• Medical Assistant or related clinical background (urology, family practice, med-spa, hormone therapy, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organization skills
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable in a small clinic setting
• No active or pending malpractice cases
