As a growing insurance agency, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for outstanding customer care.
Requirements:
Responsibilities:
1. Manage calendar: Oversee introductory emails, handle rescheduling, and coordinate on/off rotation.
2. Lead management: Send, monitor, respond to, and document leads, ensuring efficient communication with potential clients.
3. Process CRM submissions: Handle cancellations, adjustments, new sales, and renewals, while maintaining accurate records.
4. Address pending cancellations: Initiate calls, send texts/emails, process payments over the phone, and coordinate with 3rd parties to resolve issues.
5. Generate quotes: Utilize direct markets to create accurate and competitive quotes for clients.
6. Bond administration: Submit applications
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
2. Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
