Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Identify, define, and prioritize manufacturing process improvement opportunities.
  • Drive DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) projects to reduce defects and variation.
  • Develop and implement statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques for complex manufacturing issues.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and sustainable improvements.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making within the manufacturing environment.
  • Measure and report on the financial and operational impact of completed Six Sigma projects.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including Lean principles, value stream mapping, and statistical process control (SPC).
  • Expertise in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and advanced analytical techniques relevant to manufacturing quality and efficiency.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills to effectively train and mentor Green Belts and project teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of manufacturing issues and implement sustainable solutions to improve quality, reduce waste, and lower costs.
  • Experience with various manufacturing methodologies such as TPM, 5S, and Kaizen events.

Bonus Qualifications

  • - Experience with statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., R, Python for data analysis)
  • - Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams on complex improvement projects
  • - Certification in Lean Manufacturing principles
  • - Experience with advanced simulation modeling for process optimization
