Manages and maintains building security system, humidity controls, and fire prevention devices. Performs custodial functions in offices, exhibit spaces, restrooms, and common areas as well as other duties as assigned. Maintains lawn and surrounding landscape for grounds at two locations. Performs various services such as mowing, trimming, and property beautification. Position requires use of hand tools, mowing and lawn care equipment. Applicant must be able to lift 50 pounds and have a valid driver's license. REQUIREMENTS Two to five years of related experience or training.
