Transportation-Warehouse Clerk
Job Overview/Job Brief
We are seeking a detail-oriented Transportation/Warehouse Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing tasks related to transportation and warehouse operations

Responsibilities
- Responsible for attendance tracking and database organization
- Assist as needed with researching inventory to ensure allocation to work orders
- Prepare and assign equipment and supplies to team members
- Equipment management and tracking and assisting in supply inventory
- Work on projects with other departments
- Route tracking communication to Sales
- Schedule backhaul pick ups
- Daily Reporting
- Payroll Processing
- Assist management to achieve department goals and assume other duties as needed
Requirements
- Organization and detail oriented
- Must have the ability to navigate warehouse management system
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital, with ability to well in a team environment
- Ability to lift 10 – 20 pounds regularly
- Previous clerical, document management experience
- At least one year of shipping/receiving experience
- At least one year routing experience
- Computer with advanced skills in Excel and Word
- Phone, Fax, Copier, and 10 key experience
- Flexible with work schedule and willing to work overtime as needed
