Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

The assignment runs year-round on a 35-hour weekly schedule, aligning with the Early Intervention calendar. Desired Qualifications:
- Hold a current, provisional or temporary Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates in Speech-Language Pathology are encouraged to apply
- Experience or strong interest in school-based or early intervention SLP settings
- Ability to provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and individualized therapy
- Willingness to travel within Carbon or Lehigh County as needed
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to serve students from preschool through grade 12
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person speech-language pathology services to preschool and potentially school-aged students
- Manage an itinerant caseload across early intervention sites, possibly adjusting to school-age assignments
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain thorough records and contribute to student assessment and reporting
