Location: New York City & surrounding boroughs

Schedule: 5 Full time day shifts | Open availability required 7 days/week

Project Duration: April – September

Pay: $25.00/hr


JOB DESCRIPTION

Hiring reliable Field Operations Associates to support a fast‐paced product research project throughout New York City and the surrounding boroughs.


Shift: 5 days per week (will include weekends)

Hours: 8-6p*must be flexible

Duration: Full time commitment from April to September.


Overview: In this role, you will assist with the coordination and secure transfer of research materials between designated locations and a central office, helping to ensure smooth daily operations. Strong reliability and full‐time availability required - will be scheduled for 5 days including weekends.


Travel Requirement:

This role will require daily travel throughout NYC and surrounding boroughs (except Staten Island).

*Subway/Bus expenses will be reimbursed.

Requirements


Prior Experience: Strong Interpersonal Background (Ex: customer service, retail, operations support, field services, logistics, hospitality, or other client‐facing or operational roles)


Travel Requirements:

•Travel throughout NYC and surrounding boroughs using public transportation

• Ability to move between designated locations as needed


Shift Requirements:

• Willingness to provide coverage or support on short notice when operational needs arise

• Flexibility to support a dynamic schedule across 7 days per week (will be scheduled for 5 full‐time days)


Education:

• HS Diploma Required


Nice to Have Skills & Experience


• Education: B.S./B.A. or M.S./M.A. in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Human Factors, Psychology, Communications or similar fields

• Prior experience with user research/usability studies preferred
