Why Drive with Wingz?
- Daytime Trips: Most trips occur between 5 AM and 5 PM, with the busiest days being Monday through Friday, though weekend trips are also available. Trips typically have two legs, and drivers are paid for each completed leg. The “A” leg usually takes place in the morning, dropping members off at healthcare facilities, while the “B” leg typically occurs in the afternoon, bringing them back home. Trips average $25–$40, with weekly payouts.
- Our team helps maximize your earnings through our Route Building and Route Recommendation programs, based on your location and availability (between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM). Routes are shared several days in advance so you have time to review and prepare. You can also update your availability weekly, giving you flexibility to adjust as needed.
- Repeat riders with our "Standing Order" feature.
Compensation
- Weekly earnings potential: $500–$1,200+ (depending on the number of trips you complete each week based on your available days and hours for taking trips).
- Independent contractor (1099 role)
Driver Requirements:
- Communication: Must speak English
- Drug Screening: No THC, cocaine, opiates, amphetamines, PCP
- Background & Driving Record: No felonies, violent misdemeanors, DUI in past 5 yrs, sex offender registry, reckless/hit-and-run, or >2 moving violations in 3 yrs
Vehicle Requirements:
- Accepted: 4-door sedans, SUVs, minivans (2010+)
- Not Accepted: Coupes, Jeeps/Ford Broncos, pick-up trucks, rentals/temporary vehicles
Documents:
- Must have Ohio driver’s license & registration
- Must be listed as an insured driver on the Auto Insurance policy
- Provide SSN for background check
Availability & Onboarding:
- Minimum 3 weekdays/week
- Peak hours: 5–11 AM & 2–6 PM preferred
- Complete online courses & onboarding within 1-2 weeks
