*At least 2 years of recent administrative healthcare experience is REQUIRED*

  • They are moving to a new system called HRP (Health Rule Payer) for claims and claims are being rejected due to working through the implementation. This person will be reviewing the rejected claims and correcting the provider information such as incorrect name, address, email, phone number. Some providers are not showing on the claims so this person will be entering their correct information to the claim and needs to be ensuring accuracy on this data in the system.
  • Attention to detail is paramount, as inaccuracies can lead to claims being rejected and important information not reaching the intended recipients.
  • Additionally, this person will be responsible for adding new providers to the system, ensuring all data is entered correctly and efficiently.

Medical Terminology, Data Entry, Data Management, MS Office Suite

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in multiple software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Experience with managed care database applications; Amisys experience preferred.

High typing speed and 10-key accuracy.

Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Detail-oriented with the ability to recognize and prioritize vital information.

Consistently maintain high quality and production standards.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
