• Communicate with vendors to resolve payment or invoice-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures during invoice processing.
• Assist in month-end closing activities by providing accounts payable data.
• Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency in the accounts payable process.• Proven experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.
• Proficiency in coding invoices and handling payment operations such as check runs.
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with invoice processing systems and financial software.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
