We are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This Contract-to-permanent role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to a variety of events while working in a collaborative team environment. The position requires remote work with approximately 40% travel to assist with on-site event execution.
Title: Event Marketing Coordinator
Location: 100% remote with travel (expenses covered)
Contract Type: Contract-to-hire-
Duration: 6-9 months before conversion
Pay: $23-27/hour
Schedule: 8am - 5pm, M-F ( 40 hours a week)
Required Software: Any familiarity with PM tools
Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee event logistics, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
• Coordinate guest check-ins and provide on-site assistance to visitors and participants.
• Manage event calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
• Collaborate with team members to organize trade shows and other large-scale events.
• Utilize Wrike and other project management tools to streamline event coordination tasks.
• Act as a point of contact for vendors, partners, and stakeholders during events.
• Support event setup and teardown processes while maintaining attention to detail.
• Monitor event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost efficiency.

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Support Coordinator to join a dynamic team during a pivotal time of transition. This role will act as the primary support resource for a group of internal event leads, assisting across a wide range of planning and logistical functions for both internal and client-facing experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a flexible resource for a team of planners executing programs across two main focus areas: internal team experiences and external brand presence
- Manage and triage a centralized team inbox, escalating inquiries during weekly syncs and entering tasks into a shared tracking tool
- Support key planning tasks including venue coordination, catering arrangements, collateral production, shipment tracking, registration support, and documentation
- Help ensure consistent communications and tracking of deliverables across the team
- Occasionally travel to onsite programs as needed (approx. 40%, varies by quarter)
Types of Programs Supported:
- Large-scale internal forums hosted nationwide for distinct business units (1,200–1,500 attendees each)
- Quarterly team meetings and corporate events
- External partner activations, industry gatherings, and hosted client experiences
Ideal Background:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience in event logistics or operations or a strong exposure and interst in getting into events!
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments without rigid processes
- Familiarity with tools like Wrike (or similar PM platforms) a plus
- Flexibility to travel up to 40%, depending on program timing and location
