Position Summary:
As a Fully Remote Occupational Therapist, you will work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to support students with diverse needs. You will provide evaluations, develop and implement individualized intervention plans, and monitor student progress, all while working remotely to ensure accessibility and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments for students with disabilities.

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that address students' occupational therapy needs.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support students educational goals.

Provide remote consultation and intervention services to students in a virtual setting.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to special education services.
Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Minnesota or eligible for licensure.

Experience working with school-aged children in educational or clinical settings preferred.

Knowledge of IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) and IEP development.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Comfortable delivering services in a fully remote environment using telehealth platforms.

Ability to manage multiple caseloads and work independently.
