Job DescriptionOur client is seeking an experienced Accountant with strong proficiency in Skyline and F9/Cumulus reporting. Ideally the client would like the candidate to sit out of the Columbus, OH area but is flexible to a remote candidate if they are able to provide the appropriate experience and software experience. This role supports property-level and corporate-level accounting functions, monthly and annual cycles, and financial reporting. CAM billing experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Handle property accounting functions including CAM billings, real estate taxes, lender reserve requests, and quarterly/annual financial packages
- Manage key monthly responsibilities such as ACH transfers, wires, bank reconciliations, mortgage payments, and cash activity
- Prepare internal financial statements including balance sheets, operating statements, and consolidated reporting
- Complete month-end and year-end close activities including AP/GL close, journal entries, and general ledger
Requirements:
- Skyline and F9 (Cumulus) REQUIRED
- CAM billing or CAM reconciliation experience
- Strong understanding of property management accounting, financial reporting, and month-end processes
- Ability to manage deadlines with accuracy and independence in a high-volume environment
- High attention to detail and comfort managing multiple accounting functions simultaneously
Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
