100% onsite and the address is 3100 Hilton Street, Jacksonville, FL 32209
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (little OT if any will be required) with a 1-hour lunch. Summer hours on Fridays, early release at 3 PM
The position can be extended.
The manager is wanting someone who is bilingual in Spanish and English
No ripped Jeans and polo shirt or blouse Monday - Thursday. T-shirt on Fridays only (no logos, or tears), no flip flops (open-toe shoes).
Needs to be detail-oriented, follow up, and have a sense of urgency.
Basic knowledge of Excel, but mainly will be in Outlook and email, and AS 400
Helping the Market Manager request documentation for containers that they're shipping out of the warehouse. Creating order within their system (they will train the on it)
They will be in an office that's in the warehouse, but will not be touching boxes, equipment etc.
The interview will be done over Teams
Preference for bilingual (Spanish)
The manager would prefer to have someone with a college degree, but would look at someone with a high school diploma and work history in this field.
0-3 Years of Experience, This position must be well versed in using Microsoft Office Word and Excel (experience with MS Outlook, Google Docs and Oracle a plus., have strong written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable navigating and finding information on the internet, be organized and self-managed, flexible and able to move back and forth between multiple tasks quickly and efficiently, and experienced working in an office environment. The duties of this position include data entry (Google Docs and Salesforce), internet research, calling businesses to gather and confirm information, composing and sending emails to businesses/customers and leaving messages for and taking calls from customers. Requires the ability to read, write, and understand English, basic arithmetic skills and a High School diploma or equivalent.
