Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Technician to support operations within the water treatment and filtration industry. This role is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of water treatment equipment while delivering high-quality service to residential and commercial customers.
Requirements:
-Previous experience as a Service Technician, preferably in water treatment, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical services
-Technical or vocational education preferred
-Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license
-Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage service routes
-Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
-Ability to lift equipment and perform field work
Responsibilities:
-Install, service, and maintain water treatment and filtration systems
-Diagnose equipment issues and perform corrective repairs
-Conduct preventive maintenance and system inspections
-Educate customers on proper system usage and care
-Accurately document service visits and work performed
-Follow safety and quality standards
