Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
\n• 6-week assignment duration
\n• Must be available to work varied days per week
\n• On-call responsibilities as per unit needs
\n• Minimum every other weekend required
\n• Minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays required
\n• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
\n• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population specific characteristics
\n• Partner with patients and families through bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds
\n• Complete timely documentation and promote respectful clinical environment
\n• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance activities
\n• Serve as preceptor/mentor for other nurses and staff
\n• Required licenses: Georgia RN license (single state or multi-state compact)
\n• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
\n• Associate's degree in nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred
\n• Less than 1 year experience required with completion of accredited nursing school
\n• Direct patient care experience preferred
\n• Must possess strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills
\n• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
\n• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills required
\n• Completed Wellstar cover sheet required for submission
