Position Summary:

The Manager of Growth is a highly organized, proactive manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of the divisions growth needs including but not limited to establishment, and ongoing management, space buildouts, and the associated diagnostics and expansion activities related to each space. This individual will oversee the coordination and alignment of various cardiovascular practices, ensuring seamless integration with broader healthcare initiatives and enhancing overall patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-site healthcare practice logistical needs and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as well as a strong background in cardiovascular care, excellent project management skills, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for integrating cardiovascular practices within the USHP organization to enhance operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facility Establishment: Partner with local broker and practice leadership to identify new locations. Lead and manage build out of these new spaces to include offices, satellite clinics, ASCs, etc.(architect drawings, bids, construction, vendors, diagnostics, etc.)
  • Project Management: Lead and manage integration projects, including practice mergers, acquisitions, and system implementations. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Integrations, physicians, nurses, administrative staff, and other stakeholders to identify needs, address concerns, and facilitate smooth transitions during integration processes.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows and processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to streamline operations and enhance the quality of care provided to cardiovascular patients.
  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for staff to ensure successful adoption of new systems and practices. Provide ongoing support and resources to facilitate integration and address any issues that arise.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze performance metrics related to integration efforts. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on project progress, outcomes, and areas for further development.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure that integrated practices comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices. Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and implement necessary adjustments.



Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on cardiovascular services or a related specialty. Proven track record in project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and build effective relationships. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cardiovascular care and practices, as well as familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards. Knowledge of integration strategies and best practices.
