NOW HIRING an office staff for a furniture company (Warehouse) in City of Rosemead
Manage daily administrative operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining digital/physical files
Filing documents, managing databases, and updating paperwork.
Ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining office equipment.
Answering phones, handling emails, and greeting clients.
Data entry, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Typing: Ability to type at least 80 words per minute.
