Key Responsibilities

Lead plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance across varied job sites.

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and local/state plumbing codes.

Mentor and train team members, maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Manage project timelines, troubleshooting, on-site decisions, and customer communication.

Ensure compliance with Minnesota licensing regulations administered by the Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) MN Dept of Labor & Industry.

Service Titan experience preferred but not required.
Minimum Qualifications

Valid Minnesota Journeyworker or Master Plumber license in good standing with MN Dept of Labor & Industry.

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

Strong knowledge of Minnesota state and local plumbing codes.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred Extras

Master Plumber license or supervisory experience.

Experience with commercial or industrial plumbing systems.

Strong communication skills and dedication to craftsmanship.
