Opportunity

Naveris is seeking a Reimbursement Analytics Manager to join our Reimbursement team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role ideal for a resourceful, analytical self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This individual will own the end-to-end analytics function supporting Reimbursement and Leadership teams by independently analyzing data and delivering clear, actionable insights to drive trends, discrepancies, and for improvement in claims processing and revenue integrity. This role involves working with the entire Reimbursement department to optimize revenue, processes and ensure compliance.

This is a remote role, with flexibility on location, that will require periodic travel.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP, RCM and Payer Engagement, the Reimbursement Analytics Manager will:

  • Analyze reimbursement data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement and revenue optimization.
  • Perform data analysis to inform commercial marketing investments and to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the external RCM vendor to streamline processes and resolve issues related to reimbursement
  • Collaborate with Finance, Market Access, and other internal departments to provide support as needed.
  • Deliver timely reports, dashboards, and presentations to internal stakeholders
  • Lead ad-hoc analytics initiatives and special projects to support Naveris’s evolving needs

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science); MBA or advanced degree not required but a differentiator
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with an RCM vendor and producing dashboards/operational reports out of their platform
  • Proven ability to analyze large third-party reimbursement datasets and extract meaningful trends and implications
  • Prior experience in the Lab Developed Test (LDT) or diagnostics industry strongly preferred, including basic knowledge of billing and reimbursement processes
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work without supervision
  • Advanced proficiency in Xifin, Excel, Salesforce.com, Tableau (or similar BI tools)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into stories and influence cross- functional stakeholders
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% (potentially more if remote), as needed to support key meetings and initiatives

Compliance Responsibilities
