Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A registered nurse with expertise in the operating room is needed for a contract position in Goleta, CA. This role requires experience with conscious sedation and a minimum of one year of nursing experience. Preference will be given to candidates with eye surgery experience.

Qualifications:
- Current RN license for the state of California
- Certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, with a focus on operating room procedures
- Conscious sedation experience is mandatory
- Eye surgery experience is highly desired
- Familiarity with Epic charting system
Responsibilities:
- Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room setting
- Monitor patients during conscious sedation and ensure safety protocols
- Collaborate with surgical team members to maintain a seamless workflow
- Document patient care accurately using the Epic system
- Maintain compliance with institutional policies and patient care standards
Schedule:
- 5 days per week, day shift
- 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
