We are seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Clinical Director (BCBA) to join our growing team. This leadership role provides clinical oversight and mentorship to BCBAs and RBTs while maintaining a manageable clinical caseload to ensure continued connection to direct clinical work.The ideal candidate is a strong clinician and leader who values ethical, high-quality ABA services and enjoys building strong teams that promote excellent outcomes for children and families..Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to BCBAs and RBTs across the region
- Maintain a manageable caseload of clients and oversee treatment plans
- Ensure quality assurance and clinical compliance with BACB standards and payer requirements
- Review and approve treatment plans, assessments, and progress reports
- Provide ongoing staff training, mentorship, and performance feedback
- Support clinical teams with case consultation and problem-solving
- Monitor clinical quality, documentation, and treatment integrity
- Collaborate with leadership to improve clinical systems and service delivery
- Assist with staff development, hiring, and onboarding of clinical team members
- Maintain positive relationships with families, providers, and community partners
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Utah LBA (or ability to obtain)
- Experience supervising BCBAs and RBTs
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical, high-quality ABA services
Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a BCBA preferred
- Experience supervising BCBAs and RBTs
- Experience reviewing treatment plans, assessments, and clinical documentation
- Experience with quality assurance and maintaining clinical standards
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
