Job DescriptionInstall Technician – Eastern Iowa (Cedar Rapids / Iowa City)
Location: Cedar Rapids or Iowa City, IA
Pay Range: $25–$28 per hour (higher compensation considered for exceptional experience)
Travel: Approximately 40%
We are excited to announce that we are expanding our search for a Install Technician to support our Eastern Iowa market! This role is ideal for a skilled professional who values craftsmanship, teamwork, and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation and finishing work for commercial installations.
- Travel approximately 40% of the time to support projects across Eastern Iowa.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely, high-quality installations.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold company core values in all interactions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to resolve issues and ensure project success.
Requirements
- Experience in finish carpentry or related trades.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel regularly (40% average).
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
