- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee record maintenance.
- Contribute to a positive office environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of construction terminology is a plus.
- Bilingual is a plus
