Overview of the Role:
Join our team as a Business Analyst, Sr where you'll play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision making for a major enterprise Salesforce implementation. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex operational analyses, mentor junior analysts, and directly impact strategic business outcomes through advanced reporting and analytics expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead medium to large project teams supporting enterprise Salesforce reporting initiatives
- Conduct complex statistical analyses and operational assessments
- Review and approve analytical findings for senior management presentations
- Direct, mentor, and coach junior analysts and team members
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with various business units
- Develop and maintain sophisticated Salesforce reporting frameworks
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all analytical deliverables
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 8+ years of related experience
- Extensive experience with Salesforce platform and reporting capabilities
- Strong background in reporting and analytics within Salesforce environments
- Utility sector experience strongly preferred
- Proven leadership experience managing analytical teams
- Advanced statistical analysis and data interpretation skills
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Strategic thinking with ability to translate data into business insights
