Are you a healthcare administration problem-solver with a knack for the details? We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist/Patient Accounts Rep to join our Revenue Cycle corporate team. This isn't just data entry-it's "detective work." You'll be the bridge between health systems, healthcare providers and insurance companies, ensuring that the vital work done in our clinics is accurately represented and compensated.

Location: Sea World 151/Westover Hills Area (78251)

Your Daily Impact

The "Detective" Work: Monitor and track claim statuses, identifying exactly why a claim was rejected or denied and pivoting quickly to fix it.
The "Advocate" Work: Conduct professional follow-ups with insurance companies to resolve outstanding issues and advocate for the correct processing of claims.
The "Strategist" Work: Review and appeal denied claims, ensuring every deadline is met and every requirement is satisfied.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and keep our reporting accurate and insightful.

What You Bring to the Table

Experience: A background in a high-volume administrative environment where speed and accuracy go hand-in-hand (healthcare administration/patient access & clinic front desk/medical billing roles reccomended)
Persistence: You don't take "no" for an answer from insurance payers; you find the solution.
Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable navigating complex software and generating reports.
Education (Preferred): An Associate's degree in Healthcare Admin or a Billing/Coding certificate is a plus, but your "problem-solver" mindset is what matters most.

Pay & Benefits

Rate: $16.00 - $18.00/hour (DOE). $19 IF more than 2+ years releveant healthcare experience
