We are seeking a skilled and dependable Concrete Saw Operator to join our infrastructure construction team in Irondequoit, NY. This role involves operating walk-behind and soft-cut saws to perform precision cuts on concrete surfaces. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and experienced in high-volume job site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate concrete saws to cut concrete walls and expansion joints, remove damaged sections, and prepare surfaces for repair

• Perform physical labor, including lifting, pulling, and carrying heavy materials and equipment

• Conduct pre- and post-cut inspections to ensure accuracy and quality

• Maintain and inspect saws, blades, and related equipment for safe operation

• Follow OSHA and company safety protocols

• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members

• Keep job sites clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating concrete saws (walk-behind, soft-cut, or ring saws)

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to read technical drawings and job specifications

• Familiarity with inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)

• Must be dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
