Construction Foreman
Underground Utilities • Pole Work • Roadway Lighting
InLine is hiring an experienced Working Foreman to lead crews installing underground conduit, foundations, poles, and roadway/bridge lighting. If you know civil or electrical work, can run a crew, and want a company that promotes from within, InLine is a solid place to build your career.

What You’ll Do
- Lead a small crew on underground utility work (power and fiber)
- Install conduit, pull wire, set poles, and place foundations
- Build and wire roadway/bridge lighting systems
- Keep the jobsite safe, clean, and productive
- Read plans and follow layout
- Run equipment such as mini‐excavators, trenchers, skid steers, and augers
- Complete daily paperwork (time, materials, notes)
- Work with inspectors, PMs, and other crews on site
- Troubleshoot issues in the field and keep work moving
Optional but a bonus if you’ve done:
- ITS installs (cameras, radar, message signs)
- Traffic signal work
What We’re Looking For
- Experience running or leading field crews
- Knowledge of underground utilities and pole/lighting installation
- Ability to read basic construction and electrical drawings
- Experience operating small to mid‐size construction equipment
- Strong focus on safety (MUTCD work zones, trench safety, PPE)
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
- OSHA 10 or 30 (or willing to get it—training provided)
- IMSA/ATSSA certs are a bonus, not required
Work Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Overtime available
- Some weekend/night work when needed
- Travel as needed (usually short trips, up to one‐week intervals)
