Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Jesup, Georgia. In this long-term contract position, you will handle full-cycle payroll processes for a multi-state workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role requires someone with attention to detail and expertise in payroll systems and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Process and manage full-cycle payroll for a workforce of 101-500 employees across multiple states.
• Ensure timely and accurate approval and allocation of labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
• Prepare and manage invoices while maintaining detailed records.
• Utilize Viewpoint Vista software to track attendance and payroll data.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper data collection and reporting.
• Perform administrative office duties related to payroll and employee records.
• Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Generate reports and summaries for management review.
• Support auditing processes and ensure payroll accuracy.• Proven experience in payroll administration for medium-sized organizations (101-500 employees).
• Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in Viewpoint Vista software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage attendance tracking and employee records effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address payroll discrepancies.
• Previous experience in administrative office tasks related to payroll.
