We realize that our success starts and ends with our employees, so we have built a culture focused on empowerment and collaboration. We challenge each employee to achieve their full potential through career advancement initiatives, a focus on work-life balance, and a team approach to projects. Based in Lancaster, PA, and Ellicott City, MD, we are a Commercial General Contractor made up of our hardworking, driven, and relationship-oriented team.

Who You Are: You are a skilled and dependable craftsman who takes pride in precision and quality. You thrive in a structured, team-oriented environment where safety, accuracy, and efficiency are top priorities. Your ability to read blueprints, execute layouts, and construct with care ensures every project meets the highest standards. You understand the importance of maintaining a clean, organized job site and working collaboratively with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients. With a strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to craftsmanship, you contribute to building spaces that stand the test of time.

Your Impact

  • Build It Right: Read blueprints, measure twice, and cut once—precision is the name of the game.
  • Frame Like a Pro: Put up walls, set anchor bolts, and make sure everything is solid and square.
  • Concrete & Foundations: Lay out footers, pour concrete, and finish it smooth—because the details matter.
  • Exterior Toughness: Install sheathing, weatherproofing, and siding to keep buildings looking sharp and standing strong.
  • Interior Finishes: Hang drywall, install doors, trim, and hardware—turning rough spaces into polished ones.
  • Problem-Solving: Run into an issue? No sweat. Adapt, adjust, and get it done right.
  • Be a Team Player: Work alongside superintendents, subcontractors, and fellow carpenters to keep things moving.
  • Safety First, Always: Spot hazards, follow the rules, and make sure everyone goes home safe.
  • Keep It Clean: A tidy job site is a happy job site—organize materials, maintain tools, and leave no mess behind.
  • Quality Counts: Double-check your work, pay attention to the little things, and take pride in what you build.
  • Be Ready for Anything: From demo to final touches, every day is different—stay flexible and tackle whatever comes your way.
  • Represent: Be courteous, professional, and a great teammate—because a good reputation goes a long way and our relationships are everything.

What You Bring (Experiences & Qualifications)Above all, you are hungry, humble, and people-smart.

  • Hands-On Experience: 3+ years of carpentry experience—whether through on-the-job training, vocational school, or an apprenticeship.
  • Blueprint Proficiency: You can read and interpret architectural, structural, and site blueprints.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: When challenges pop up, you don’t panic—you find solutions and keep things moving.
  • Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements, fractions, and quick calculations to make sure everything fits just right.
  • Tool Mastery: Own and know how to use all the essential carpenter’s hand and power tools.
  • Team Player: You work well with others, communicate clearly, and know how to collaborate on a busy job site.
  • Safety First: Familiar with OSHA regulations and committed to keeping the worksite safe for yourself and your team.
  • Reliable & Ready: You show up on time, work hard, and take pride in getting the job done right.
  • Physical Capabilities: Able to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials, work at heights, and handle the demands of a physical job. Rain or shine, hot or cold, you’re ready to put in the work and build something great.
